The series will star Rina Satou (Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal, A Certain Scientific Railgun S) as Ryō Machiko, Asuka Ōgame (Vividred Operation, Kokoro Connect) as Kirin Morino, and Mikako Komatsu (Nisekoi, K) as Shiina.
The story follows Ryō, a middle school girl who lives by herself. She has a knack for cooking, and she makes friendships with everyone through her food. The cooking manga is "full of detailed cuisine art to whet the appetite and slightly erotic meal scenes." The "kōfuku" in the title is a wordplay on two Japanese homonyms — one which means "happiness," and another that means "appetite."
Puella Magi Madoka Magica and Monogatari series director Akiyuki Shinbo will helm Happy Cooking Graffiti as chief director at Shaft. Mari Okada (Selector Infected Wixoss, AKB0048) will be in charge of series composition and Kazuya Shiotsuki (Nisekoi chief animation director, Madoka Magica animation director) will design the characters.
The series will premiere this winter.

AKINO with bless4 (Aquarion themes) will perform the opening "Extra Magic Hours."
Amagi Brilliant Park will premiere on October 2.

The "slapstick drama" begins with Seiya Kanie, a high school boy who is invited on a date in an amusement park by a mysterious beautiful transfer student
named Isuzu Sento. He is introduced to Latifah, a "real" princess and
the park's manager, and is asked to be the acting manager of this
"disappointing amusement park in the Tokyo suburbs."
Amagi Brilliant Park will premiere on October 2.
Nobunaga Shimazaki, Maaya Uchida Lead Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu. TV Anime's Cast
The anime's cast will star Nobunaga Shimazaki (Free!, Pupa) as protagonist Sōji Mitsuka, Maaya Uchida (Pretty Rhythm Rainbow Live, Norgami) as heroine Thouars, Chinatsu Akasaki (Tari Tari, Love Lab) as Erina Shindō, M.A.O (Futsū no Joshikōsei ga Locodol Yattemita, Z/X Ignition) as Mikoto Sakuragawa, and Yōko Hikasa (K-ON!, Majestic Prince) as Isna. In addition, Tesshô Genda will star as Lizadgildy, Tetsu Inada will join the cast as Draggildy, and Sumire Uesaka will play the role of Tail Red, Sōji's alternate form.
Maaya Uchida will perform the anime's opening theme song, titled "Gimme! Revolution." The single containing the song will ship in Japan on October 22. The ending theme single will be released on the same day, and will be performed by the voice actresses of the three main heroines.
The story centers around Sōji Mitsuka, an ordinary high school boy who happens to have an obsession for twin-tail hair. One day, a mysterious beautiful girl named Thouars (Tuaaru) appears before him from a parallel world. At the same time, monsters appear in his town, and they declare that all twin-tails in the world belong to them.
These monsters feed off the "attribute power," the spiritual energy of humans. Thouars entrusted Sōji with Tail Gear, imaginary armor initiated by powerful Twin-Tail attributes. With the armor, Sōji transforms into Tail Red, a twin-tail warrior girl, to protect Earth.
Hiroyuki Kanbe (Oreimo) is directing the series, and Naruhisa Arakawa (Outbreak Company, MAOYU, Spice & Wolf) is in charge of series composition.
